About the Project

RAMS City Haliç is a mixed-use residential project located on Istanbul's historic Golden Horn axis, in the Rami-Topçular area of Eyüpsultan. It has been developed by RAMS Türkiye, which operates in four countries with over 38 years of experience. With its proximity to the city center and main transportation lines, it offers a favorable location for both residence and investment.

The project consists of two phases and a total of 16 blocks, housing 603 residences. The apartment layout spans a wide range: 165 1+1, 268 2+1, 150 3+1, and 20 5+1 units. The total construction area exceeds 100,000 m².

The project offers an urban lifestyle close to the Golden Horn view, with green areas, social facilities, and amenities that meet daily needs. Phase 1 is planned for delivery in 2024, Phase 2 in 2025.
