Siltaş Cadde

Siltaş Cadde is a mixed-use residential project rising in the Yakacık area of Istanbul Pendik. It is being developed by Siltaş Yapı, which has over 40 years of industry experience.

The project consists of 5 blocks and 10-story buildings, with a total of 351 apartments and 29 street-front shops. Apartment types include 2+1 (85-120 m²) and 3+1 (155 m²) options.

With its LifeX concept, it offers amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, sports field, and children's playground; it stands out with landscaped green areas, decorative pools, 24/7 security, and private parking for each apartment. The environmentally-friendly project, which uses solar energy for its street-front shops, is planned for delivery in September 2026.
