RAMS Beyond İstanbul

RAMS Beyond İstanbul is an iconic tower rising in Maslak, distinguished as Turkey's first steel residence project. It has been developed by RAMS Türkiye, which operates in four countries with over 38 years of experience. As part of a collaboration with the Italian luxury fashion house ETRO, the tower also houses ETRO Residences İstanbul branded residences — the world's first branded residential project by ETRO. With its steel construction and high-strength C50 concrete class, it ranks among the world's most durable structures.

Featuring a single block and 42 floors, the project offers 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 apartment options, with sizes ranging from approximately 101 m² to 276 m². Its ground floor includes a lifestyle-retail axis with 54 stores.

It offers an upper-segment lifestyle with exclusive amenities such as a 360° observation terrace, an infinity pool integrated with the Bosphorus view, a Michelin-starred restaurant, select international brands, and a heliport. Delivery is planned within 2026.
