RAMS Denizkent Bayramoğlu

RAMS Denizkent is a large-scale lifestyle project built on a 300,000 m² area directly on the seafront, in the most privileged location of Bayramoğlu in the Darıca district of Kocaeli. Bearing the signature of RAMS Türkiye, which operates in four countries with over 38 years of experience, it is designed as a mega-project consisting of 8 phases.

Aiming for approximately 4,500 residences in total, the project's 1st phase consists of 5 blocks and 425 residences along with 8 commercial units. The apartment layout ranges from 1+1 to 5+1; including duplex and reverse-duplex options, sizes vary from approximately 69 m² to 279 m².

With its own marina, shopping center, school, indoor parking, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, hobby gardens, and children's playgrounds, the project offers a self-sufficient town experience by the sea. The delivery of the 1st phase is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
