This page explains how the project information, news and guide content published on satisofisi.com are produced, which sources they are based on, and how incorrect information is corrected.
1. Who Produces the Content?
All content is prepared by the satisofisi.com editorial team within E-Veri Bilişim Turizm San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and undergoes editorial review before publication. The Company is responsible for every piece of published content; content is presented as corporate publication, not as the personal opinion of a single author.
2. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Some of the news and guide content is compiled using AI-supported tools. This is clearly stated at the bottom of such content. No AI-assisted content is published without passing editorial review. Manually written content does not carry such a note. This practice is in line with the artificial intelligence notification obligation of the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices (see Advertising and Content Policy).
3. Our Sources
The data used in our content comes predominantly from the following sources:
- Official and statistical sources: Public sources such as TÜİK, TCMB (EVDS), and the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (parcel/block inquiry)
- The project developer's own official website and promotional materials
- Public records and industry publications
- Information entered by companies through their own panel (sales office accounts)
We take care to cite the source when presenting a numerical figure. If sources contradict each other, we avoid definitive statements until the discrepancy is resolved.
4. Accuracy of Project Information
Apartment types, square meterages, delivery dates, amenities and location information on project pages are compiled from third-party sources and may change over time. Therefore, information must be confirmed directly with the project owner before proceeding with a transaction — see: Disclaimer.
Pricing policy: As a rule, public prices are not published on the platform; price information is obtained from the relevant company upon user request. This is because prices change frequently and to prevent misleading/outdated price displays.
5. Advertising and Commercial Content

6. Error Reporting and Correction
If you believe there is an error in a piece of content, you can write to [email protected]. Your report is reviewed within 48 hours at the latest; verified errors are corrected or the content is removed from publication. The update date is refreshed on corrected content.
Project owner companies may request corrections to information on their own pages; requests submitted with supporting documentation are processed on a priority basis.
