When new residential projects are published on SatışOfisi for the first time, information may be compiled and structured from the developer company's official website, project page, official/public documents and other verifiable sources.

Company Updates

Authorized companies in Türkiye can manage project information, announcements, campaigns and statements within their authority through the management panel assigned to them. Rather than carrying out content or sales operations on behalf of the company, SatışOfisi provides the publishing and management infrastructure.

Publishing Authority

SatışOfisi may decide which content will be published, updated, restricted or removed in line with its own publishing principles and legal obligations.

Homepage

The entire editorial layout of the homepage, content selection, ordering, visibility, placement and publishing control belong to SatışOfisi. The company or project owner has no right to be included on the homepage, to be placed in a specific order, to be displayed for a specific duration or to obtain specific traffic/visibility; additionally, expressly agreed additional services are reserved.

A company's use of the Platform, whether paid or free, does not constitute a commitment to editorial advantage, a specific ranking, traffic, leads or sales results.

The company panel, CRM and customer request forwarding infrastructure are intended for residential projects within the borders of Türkiye.
