SatışOfisi processes personal data belonging to users and company representatives to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and the execution of related processes.
The data that may be processed includes; full name, phone number, email, membership information, the project of interest, submitted requests or messages, company/panel authorization information, IP, session, device and security records, as well as usage and cookie data.
This data may be processed for the purposes of operating user and company accounts, recording requests and forwarding them to the relevant company, running the CRM and panel infrastructure, carrying out subscription processes, ensuring security, and fulfilling legal obligations.
If a request is sent for a project in Turkey, the contact information provided by the user, the project information, and the content of the request may be transferred to the relevant company. After the request reaches the relevant company, the company itself is responsible for the obligations arising from personal data processing within the scope of its own sales, communication, and marketing activities.
Requesting information about a project does not automatically mean that consent has been given to receive continuous advertising and marketing messages from SatışOfisi or the relevant company.
SatışOfisi fulfills its data security and personal data obligations as required by law.
The company panel, CRM, and customer request forwarding infrastructure is intended for housing projects within the borders of Turkey.
