This text has been updated in consideration of the provisions of the Regulation Amending the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices published in the Official Gazette dated 1 July 2026 and numbered 33297 (effective: 1 August 2026).
1. Parties and Definitions
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between satisofisi.com ("Platform") and the person who visits the Platform and/or benefits from its services ("User"). Company: A construction company, real estate developer, or sales office that publishes projects/listings on the Platform. Content: Refers to project information, visuals, texts, campaigns, and announcements available on the Platform.
2. Nature and Legal Status of the Platform
- The Platform is an information/discovery platform and social network service where residential projects and companies are promoted.
- The Platform is not a seller, provider, real estate agent, or investment advisor; it is not a party to any agreement concluded between the User and the Company and does not mediate the formation of distance contracts.
- No sales, payments, or reservations are conducted through the Platform.
- With respect to Company content, the Platform acts as a hosting provider within the meaning of Law No. 5651; it takes necessary action upon notification of unlawful content.
3. Services Offered
Discovery of projects and companies, following updates via the feed, following companies and regions, saving projects, sending messages to companies (submitting requests), regional notifications, and informative news/article content. Services are free of charge for the User.
4. Membership and Account
- The discovery sections of the Platform can be used without membership; following, saving, and notification features require membership.
- The User agrees that the information provided is accurate and up to date and that they are responsible for account security.
- The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18; no data is knowingly collected from such individuals.
- The User may delete their account at any time.
5. User Obligations
- To use the Platform only for lawful purposes,
- Not to share misleading, false, or third-party rights-infringing information,
- Not to engage in activities that disrupt the Platform's operation (automated data scraping, excessive requests, security testing, etc.),
- To be responsible for the content of messages and requests sent.
6. Source of Content and Limitation of Liability
Project contents are compiled from the Company or public sources; they are promotional information, not a commitment. Price, delivery date, apartment type, and similar information may change. The User is obliged to verify the information with the Company and authorized institutions before making a purchase decision. The Platform cannot be held liable for the accuracy of Company content, for the relationship between the User and the Company, or for damages arising from such relationship. 7. Request (Message) Transmission
When you send a message to a project or Company, your message and contact information are transmitted to the relevant Company solely for the purpose of allowing them to respond to you. Your identity is shown to companies in a masked manner. Details regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the KVKK Disclosure Text and the Privacy Policy.
8. Commercial Communication and Consent
Sending commercial electronic messages is subject to your consent within the scope of Law No. 6563. You can change your notification preferences from your account and exercise your right to opt out at any time via the link in the messages. Informational messages sent upon your request are not within this scope.
9. Personalization and Targeted Content
Project notifications suitable for you are presented based on your specified preferences, the companies/regions you follow, and your on-platform browsing. The criteria used and how to change them are explained in Section 7 of the Advertising and Content Policy. No targeted advertising based on profiling directed at children is conducted.
10. AI-Assisted Content
Some news, analyses, and project summaries on the Platform are prepared with AI-assisted tools and undergo editorial review; this is indicated in the relevant content. Digital characters indistinguishable from humans are not used on the Platform for promotional purposes.
11. Reviews and Comments
Since no sales are conducted through the Platform, purchase verification is not possible; therefore, there is no score, star, or rating system for companies/projects, and unverifiable consumer reviews are not published.
12. Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, software, compiled database, and original content belong to the Company; company logos, project visuals, and brand elements belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or collected through data scraping without permission.
13. Service Continuity
The Platform may temporarily suspend the service or change its features in cases of maintenance, updates, or technical necessity. In such cases, no compensation claim arises since no fee is charged to the User.
14. Agreement Changes
The Agreement may be updated; the current version is effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Significant changes are additionally notified to members.
15. Termination
The User may close their account at any time. The Company may suspend or close the account in the event of use contrary to law or this Agreement.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Where the User has the status of a consumer, disputes shall be resolved by the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of the consumer's residence or where the transaction was performed, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. In other cases, Istanbul (Anatolia) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
17. Effectiveness
By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted this Agreement. Effective date: 30.07.2026
