satisofisi.com is a digital platform for discovering new and first-hand residential projects. When projects are first published, information may be compiled from official and verifiable sources by SatışOfisi and published in a structured form. Authorized companies can then manage project and company content within the scope of their authority through the panel assigned to them.
User Requests
If a user submits a request for information about a project in Türkiye, the contact details and request content provided may be forwarded to the relevant company's contact channel defined in the system.
Submitting a request does not create a reservation, purchase commitment, sales contract, payment, or deposit obligation.
Position of SatışOfisi
SatışOfisi is not the seller or developer of the real estate, nor the user's representative. It is not a party to the sales, payment, reservation, contract, and delivery processes between the user and the company.
Current commercial information such as price, availability, payment plan, and campaigns must be confirmed with the relevant company.
SatışOfisi exercises reasonable technical and operational efforts for the operation of the Platform; furthermore, unless expressly committed, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The user's rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.
The company panel, CRM, and customer request forwarding infrastructure are intended for residential projects within the borders of Türkiye.
