PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PROCESSING DISCLOSURE TEXT FOR WEBSITE USERS AND VISITORS

1. Purpose, Scope and Legal Basis

This Disclosure Text has been prepared to inform data subjects regarding the processing of personal data within the scope of the website (satisofisi.com) and the services offered through this website. The Data Controller Company carries out its activities in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), relevant secondary legislation, and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board.

The Company processes personal data in accordance with the law and good faith, accurately and up-to-date, for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, and for the duration prescribed by legislation.

7. Sources of Personal Data Collection

Your data is primarily obtained directly from you when you visit the website, create a membership, submit a request/application, or use a contact form; it is also obtained automatically through cookies, logs, and similar technologies within the scope of the website's technical operation. Regarding cookies, your preferences and explicit consent are taken into account where necessary.

8. Transfer of Personal Data

Your data may be transferred to the following parties, provided that the transfer is necessary, based on a valid legal ground, and is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purpose:

  • Relevant sales offices / construction companies to enable them to respond to your request
  • Hosting, server, and IT service providers

Transfers comply with the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. No data is transferred abroad without the necessary legal conditions and safeguards being met.

9. Retention Period

Your data is retained for the duration required by the purpose of processing, the periods prescribed by legislation, statute of limitations periods, and the period necessary for the resolution of legal disputes. Upon expiry of the period or upon the disappearance of the legal ground, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

10. Security of Personal Data

The Company takes technical and administrative measures proportionate to the nature of the data and the level of risk (access control, audit logs, security measures) to prevent unlawful processing, access, transfer, loss, and unauthorized use of data, and observes reasonable security criteria in the selection/supervision of data processors.

11. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

  • Learning whether personal data is processed
  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed
  • Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically/abroad
  • Requesting correction if personal data is incomplete/incorrectly processed
  • Requesting deletion/destruction if the conditions are met
  • Requesting notification of correction/deletion operations to third parties to whom data has been transferred
  • Objecting to a result arising exclusively from automated analysis that is unfavorable to the data subject
  • Requesting compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

12. Exercise of Rights and Application Procedure

Data subjects may exercise their rights under Article 11 by applying to the Data Controller pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK. Applications are concluded within a maximum of 30 days. Applications may be made in writing to the address above, with a secure electronic/mobile signature, or from your e-mail address registered in the system via [email protected]. Security measures may be implemented to verify your identity.

13. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website uses cookies for technical operation, security, user experience, and performance measurement. Please refer to the Cookie Policy for details. Your preferences and the explicit consent requirement are taken into account where necessary.

14. Listings and User Content

16. Effectiveness and Updates

This Disclosure Text enters into force on the date of publication and may be updated in line with changes in legislation/practice. The updated text becomes effective from the date of publication on the website.

Additional Section — Profiling, Targeted Content and Artificial Intelligence (30.07.2026)

The following matters are brought to your attention within the scope of the amendments to the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices, which enter into force on 1 August 2026:

  • Profiling: Your buyer preferences, followed companies/regions, saved projects, and browsing history are analyzed to provide you with suitable project notifications. Legal basis: legitimate interest and/or explicit consent.
  • Changing criteria: You can update your preferences from your account, remove follow-ups, and disable notifications.
  • KVKK Article 11/g: Your right to object to an unfavorable outcome arising exclusively from the analysis of processed data through automated systems is reserved.
  • Children: No targeted advertising based on profiling is directed at children.
  • Artificial intelligence: Some content is prepared with AI-supported tools; this is indicated in the content. Your personal data is not used in a way that reveals your identity during this process.
