Personal Data Processed

Depending on the use of the Platform, identity, contact, membership, request and message, company/panel authorization, transaction security, usage and cookie data may be processed.

Purposes of Processing

Personal data may be processed for the purposes of carrying out Platform and membership operations, receiving project requests and forwarding them to the relevant company, operating the company panel and CRM infrastructure, carrying out subscription and account processes, ensuring information security and preventing misuse, fulfilling legal obligations, and establishing, exercising or protecting rights.

Legal Grounds

Depending on the relevant processing activity, personal data is processed based on the conditions set out in Law No. 6698, namely the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, legitimate interest, and, where required, explicit consent. For transactions requiring explicit consent, explicit consent is obtained separately; the privacy notice is not used in place of explicit consent or contractual approval.

Transfer

When a request for information about a project or company in Türkiye is submitted, the full name, phone number and/or email address, the relevant project and the content of the request may be transferred to the relevant company for the purpose of responding to the request.

Data may be transferred to hosting, email, security and other technical service providers and to legally authorized institutions to the extent necessary for the operation of the service. If there is a transfer abroad, the relevant provisions of Law No. 6698 shall apply.

Retention and Security

Data is retained for the duration required by the purpose of processing and the relevant legislation; if the reason for processing ceases to exist, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation. SatışOfisi implements appropriate technical and administrative measures.

Rights

Data subjects may exercise their rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 through the methods set out in the legislation by contacting [email protected] or by applying to the Company's address above.

The company panel, CRM and customer request routing infrastructure is intended for residential projects within the borders of Türkiye.
