Akyapı is a real estate development company founded in 1998, centered on engineering discipline and the long-term comfort of its users. To date, it has reached over 100,000 customers and completed more than 50 projects with approximately 4 million m² of construction area.

Areas of Activity

It develops residential complexes, villas, office buildings, shopping malls, and industrial/logistics facilities in the Istanbul region; it holds over 30 commercial projects and more than 2 million m² of commercial area in its portfolio. It is known for its Mavera (residential) and TEM 34 (commercial) branded series.
