BOSS4 Gayrimenkul İnşaat was founded in 2017 through the merger of El Khatib Group and Akkuş Gayrimenkul, which had been active in the sector since 2007. The company develops residential and commercial projects on the European side of Istanbul, primarily in Beylikdüzü and Avcılar. Realizing its projects largely under the 'Alya' brand, the company's portfolio includes residential projects such as Alya Residence, Alya Trio and Alya Penta. Recently, it has been carrying out the Alya Konakları Merkez Efendi urban transformation project in Zeytinburnu. BOSS4 prioritizes not only buildings, but also designing social amenities, shared living spaces and neighborhood culture together; and the principles of quality, transparency and on-time delivery.
