Ensar Melik İnşaat has been the construction arm of Ensar Melik Grup, which has been producing housing in Ankara Keçiören since 1995; its founder is Mahmut Burkankulu. The company states that it has completed 14 projects and delivered over 700 residences in Ankara over more than 30 years; it also carries out construction in exchange for flats and urban transformation works.
Most of the completed works are in Keçiören: Aktepe (1995–1997), Bademlik, Kuşcağız, Osmangazi, 23 Nisan and Esertepe housing projects, Bağlum Housing Project I and II, and Bağlum Detached Villa Project (2022–2024). A housing and commercial project in Yenimahalle and a detached villa project in Çamlıdere are also among the works completed by the company.
Its ongoing project is Lavinya Park in Keçiören Ovacık: its construction began in 2024, and delivery was announced as December 2026. Sales at Lavinya Park are handled by the company itself; there are no intermediaries or commissions.
In addition to construction, the group also operates in the fields of driver training, psychotechnics, building inspection and legal consultancy.
