Özyurtlar

Özyurtlar's story began in 1990 in a small building-materials shop in Esenyurt. With accumulated knowledge and field experience, Özyurtlar İnşaat was founded in 2005; the growing structure became institutionalized in 2016 under the roof of Özyurtlar Holding. To date, it has produced more than 20 thousand residences across an area exceeding 2 million m² throughout Istanbul, making more than 80 thousand families homeowners. The company; is known especially in Esenyurt and its surroundings with its No 27 Residence, Studio House, Ova Villas and 'N'-branded Ntepe, Ncadde, Ntowers projects. Its priority in housing development is quality production and delivery on the promised date; its corporate approach is based on the understanding of 'building not concrete, but trust'
