Vakana İnşaat is a company developing residential projects around Aydın and Kuşadası. According to its own publications, the company does not view living space as merely four walls; it bases its approach on a design process that brings together location, service, and architecture.
Principles highlighted in the company's own publications:
- Architectural authenticity — staying true to reality rather than marketing in building form, number of floors, and facade proportions
- Comfort in detail — services that make daily life easier, from the reception to fiber infrastructure
- Harmony with nature — spacious, breathable living spaces with a horizontal architectural approach
- Transparent process — open sharing of the process from design to delivery
