Arkın Residences by Habitat

Arkın Residences by Habitat is a branded residential project rising approximately 250 meters from the sea in the Tatlısu/Esentepe region of Northern Cyprus. It is being developed by Arkın Group, one of the long-established organizations in the TRNC operating in tourism, arts, construction, and education.

The project is part of the Habitat living city, built on approximately 267,600 m² of land, combining health, education, commerce, and social life. Within the settlement, which hosts a total of 1,453 residences and nearly 200,000 m² of green space, the branded Arkın Residences occupy a premium position.

The apartment layout spans a wide range: garden-level studios, 1+1 and 2+1 garden apartments, penthouse duplexes, 3+1 duplex penthouses, and bungalow options.
