Bahamas Homes 3

Bahamas Homes 3 is the third phase of Cyprus Construction's Bahamas series in Esentepe, connected to Girne. According to the developer's own page, this phase consists of 304 units and covers Type A and Type B apartments; the second phase of the series had 284 units, while the first phase included beach and sea villas alongside the apartments. Registered apartment types are 1+1 and 2+1, with sizes ranging from 43–134 m². The delivery date is recorded as June 2026.

The settlement consists of two-story blocks arranged around a long lagoon pool. The distinguishing feature of the location is the two-way view: the Mediterranean to the north and the Beşparmak Mountains to the south. The developer states that the site has private beach access and that this shoreline section is 200 meters long.

On-site amenities include a year-round indoor swimming pool, wellness and spa area, restaurant, market, pharmacy, children's playground, landscaped gardens, parking, a gated security-controlled community, and daily cleaning service for common areas.

In a phased project, the first point a buyer needs to clarify is which phase the apartment they are interested in belongs to: delivery status, price, and apartment type vary from phase to phase. While the turnkey process has begun in the first and second phases, the status of the third phase must be separately confirmed with the company.

Items the buyer must confirm with the company before purchase: payment plan and down payment ratio, stamp duty during the contract stage and VAT before delivery, infrastructure participation fee, monthly maintenance fee amount, and title deed/certificate status.
