Lanai Homes is a complex of 54 homes by Şifa Construction in the Kyrenia district. Buyers had five types to choose from: a studio, a one-bedroom flat, a one-bedroom loft, a two-bedroom flat and a two-bedroom loft, and the floor plans come in two versions, A and B.
The homes were completed and handed over in March 2025. What the developer calls a loft has the same number of bedrooms laid out differently, usually over an upper level with use of a roof terrace. Şifa says every home has either a private roof terrace or a garden, with tropical planting and shared areas across the site, and that it was designed to work as a holiday home or for year-round living.
The location appears under two village names, Esentepe and Alsancak. The developer puts it at Esentepe; both are in the Kyrenia district, but they are different villages.
