The Edge is on the rocky shoreline at Kayalar, a quiet village on the coast road west of Kyrenia. The developer is Eurocoast Group (Eurocoast Construction Ltd), and the architects are Megaron Design of Nicosia.
A second part of the scheme, called Horizon Villas although it is made up of flats, has two-bedroom garden flats and one-bedroom penthouses.
Shared facilities include a gated entrance with private parking, a communal outdoor pool and an indoor pool, landscaped grounds, and a gym and spa with a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, indoor jacuzzi and massage room.
You can't walk to the shops from here, so plan on driving. No completion date has been announced. Ask the developer how far construction has got and when it expects to finish, and get written answers on stamp duty at signing, VAT owed before you take the keys, the infrastructure contribution, the annual service charge and the title deed position.
