The Edge is a residential project located on the seafront in Kayalar, a district of Girne in Northern Cyprus. Its developer is Eurocoast Group (Eurocoast Construction Ltd); the architectural design belongs to Nicosia-based Megaron Design.

The development consists of two different housing layouts. The seafront villas have four bedrooms; the developer states that these villas feature floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious terraces, and a private pool for each villa. On the Horizon Villas side, there are two-bedroom garden apartments and one-bedroom penthouse apartments.

The distinguishing feature of the location is the topography: the project is built on Kayalar's rocky coastline, and the Mediterranean view comes from this slope. It is suitable for buyers seeking views and privacy; however, it is not for buyers who expect daily needs to be within walking distance — Kayalar is a quiet settlement on the coastal road, west of Girne town center.

The social amenity program, according to the developer's published list, is as follows: gated community and private parking, private pools in the villas, a communal pool, an indoor pool, landscaped areas, a gym and spa center, a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, indoor jacuzzi, and massage room.

The listing does not include a delivery date; the construction stage and delivery schedule must be obtained from the company. Items the buyer must confirm with the company before purchase: delivery date, payment plan and down payment ratio, stamp duty at the contract stage and VAT before delivery, infrastructure participation fee, monthly maintenance fee amount, and title deed/certificate status.
