Plan B is a residential project developed by Atoll Development in the Lapta region of Northern Cyprus.

Project overview

The fact that all eight blocks are three storeys is the key feature that sets this development apart from high-rise coastal projects: when the number of storeys is kept low, the number of apartments per block and the density of shared areas also decrease.

Apartment layout

Two distinct premium uses are defined depending on location:

• Upper-floor apartments — private rooftop terrace
• Some ground-floor apartments — small private garden

So even within the same apartment type, the floor you are on determines your outdoor space; when requesting a quote, the apartment's floor and the associated terrace/garden entitlement need to be clarified.

Technical

There is a central generator for all common areas — since power outages are common in Northern Cyprus, this is a functional amenity at the development level.

Location

Lapta is a low-density, year-round residential area stretching between the coastline and the Beşparmak Mountains, west of Kyrenia. The 800-metre distance to the sea means walking access, while the 10 km distance to Kyrenia center requires a vehicle for daily needs.
