About Infinity Infinity is a residential project developed right on the seafront in the Gaziveren area of Northern Cyprus, on the west coast of Güzelyurt. Gaziveren is a region in the west of the island known for its agricultural past and a quieter settlement fabric compared to city centers.
Apartment types The project offers studio, 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 layouts.
Title deed status The developer states that the properties are transferred with a Turkish title deed (koçan) and with individual title deeds ready. In Northern Cyprus, the title deed type is a more decisive issue than the project's location and amenities; we have explained the differences between title deed types and what to ask during the purchasing process in detail in our article Buying a house in Northern Cyprus — risks and advantages.
The complex The project's own beach Infinity pool in each block Uninterrupted sea views Parking and security 360° virtual tour of the project Having a separate pool for each block is an arrangement that reduces the number of users per block compared to a single central pool setup.
