According to the developer's information, the project is approximately 600 metres from the beach and, unlike the high-rise layout in the area, has been designed as a low-rise settlement.

The villas have a full roof terrace and a garden where an optional pool can be built.
Within the complex there is an approximately 1,000 m² pool, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness centre, a basketball court, children's play areas, a Turkish bath and a sauna; the complex is protected by 24/7 security.
