About Natura Port Natura Port is a mixed-use project developed in the Akyurt district of Ankara, combining residential and shopping functions.
Project profile Number of residences880 Area80,000 m² ConceptResidence + Shopping Mall Start01.06.2023 StatusOngoing
Unit distribution 1+1630 units 2+1250 units Total880 units The distribution is internally consistent (630 + 250 = 880) and shows the following: approximately 72% of the residences are 1+1. This ratio indicates that the project is primarily aimed at single-person or couple use, and at a student and working professional profile. Options for large families are limited.
Note — two different figures have been announced for the number of commercial units: 42 street-front stores and a total of 193 commercial units. It has not been clarified which figure refers only to street-front stores and which represents the total including units inside the shopping mall; request the exact breakdown from the company in writing.
Location Akyurt is a district located in the northeast of Ankara, where industrial and logistics investments are concentrated. The developer states that the project is close to Ankara Airport, Yıldırım Beyazıt University and the Otonomi region.
When the proximity to the airport and university is considered together with the 1+1-weighted unit distribution, it suggests that the project was designed for short-term and single-person use demand.
The information has been compiled from the developer's official project page. The number of blocks and floors, the square meterage of the units and the delivery date are not stated on the page; you can contact the company for this information.
