Northland Ankara

The Northland project is located in the Yükseltepe neighborhood of the Keçiören district in Ankara. The project has been developed by İntegra Yapı İnşaat – Öz Gaziantep Ltd. Şti. and is planned to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2019. Built on a total land area of 43,000 square meters, the project consists of 313 residential units across two vertical and three horizontal blocks, along with 21 street-level shops.

Among the apartment types offered in the project, only large sizes are available; no small apartment types are included. The vertical blocks consist of 4+1 residences, while the horizontal blocks offer 3+1, 4+1, 5+1, and duplex options. Apartment sizes range from 147 square meters for a 3+1 unit up to a maximum of 310 square meters for a 5+1 unit.

To meet the needs of homeowners, the project features spacious parking areas; the indoor parking lot has a total capacity of 380 vehicles, and an additional capacity of 198 vehicles is provided in the outdoor parking lot. Furthermore, the project is equipped with various security systems, and technical infrastructure standards have been designed at a high level.

The Northland Sales Office is located in Keçiören / Ankara. One of the project's advantages is the diversity of transportation options; it is situated close to main transportation arteries.
