Natura Paryal is a large-scale "affordable housing" project developed in Ankara Sincan as a partnership between Fırat Life Style and Zirve Beton. The project, comprising a total of 7,000 residential units and approximately 25,000 m² of commercial space, is planned predominantly with 2+1 apartment types. Delivery is targeted for the last quarter of 2027; the first phase is being implemented with approximately 2,500 residential units.
Sincan is one of the districts developing along Ankara's western axis, with a strong transportation network (suburban/Ankaray line) and a concentration of new housing supply. With its accessible price positioning, the project stands out for first-time homeowners and investors.
