Neta Balat

Neta Balat is a real estate project located in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood of Nilüfer district in Bursa. Built by Belsa Yapı and BTG İnşaat, the project is situated on a total area of 2,861 square meters. Neta Balat consists of 64 residences in total, and its delivery took place in the third quarter of 2019.

The project features a 9-story structure, and the apartments consist of three rooms plus a living room. While the standard apartments are 153 square meters in size, the duplex apartments range between 193 and 194 square meters.
