Paflagonya Evleri

Paflagonya Evleri has been developed by İkizler İnşaat in Cumhuriyet Mahallesi, Merkez district of Çankırı. The project has a land area of 15,620 m², of which 5,347 m² is allocated to green spaces. The building complex, which houses a total of 311 apartments and 13 commercial units, consists of multi-story blocks.

The tallest building in the project is 30 stories high, and various apartment types are offered. Each unit has been built with spacious living areas and functional designs. The completion date is planned for the fourth quarter of 2020.

Throughout the construction process, environmental factors are taken into consideration and sustainability principles are observed. The materials used in the construction of Paflagonya Evleri have been selected in accordance with quality standards.

Paflagonya Evleri Sales Office is located in Merkez / Çankırı. The project is situated between Milli Egemenlik Hatıra Ormanı and Şehir Park Alanı, approximately 100 meters north of Çankırı Garı. Additionally, thanks to its proximity to the D-765 highway, it is located at a central point in terms of transportation.
