Şehristan Konutları is being built in Dadaşköy Neighborhood, Yakutiye district of Erzurum. Located on a 23,734 square meter area, the project was developed by Erkonut and Halk GYO. The project includes a total of 620 apartments, with unit types including 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and 5+2 duplex options.

The project consists of 13 blocks in total; each block has apartments of different sizes. Apartment sizes range from 118 square meters up to 385 square meters. Additionally, the apartments are equipped with spacious balconies and smart home systems, offering solutions for various needs.

In terms of security measures, a 24/7 camera system has been installed in the project, and an experienced security team will be assigned. At the same time, with extensive landscaping areas, it is aimed for children to spend time in touch with nature. The interior design has been kept simple, and neighborly relations will be encouraged.
