About the Project
Natura Ferce is a residential project developed by Fırat Life Style & Üstün Yapı İnşaat & BCM İnşaat in Başakşehir, Istanbul. The project has 2482 homes in total. Unit types: 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom. Announced delivery date: September 2027. Number of floors: 20.
About Natura Ferce Natura Ferce is a large-scale residential project being developed in the Bahçeşehir area of Istanbul's Başakşehir district. The project is being built through a partnership of Fırat Life Style, Üstün Yapı İnşaat and BCM İnşaat.
Project profile Number of residences2,482 Commercial units17 Number of blocks15 Project area68,200 m² Total construction area395,000 m² Start01.06.2024 StatusUnder construction Apartment types2+1 · 3+1 (two types in each block)
What the scale means When 2,482 residences are spread across 15 blocks, that means an average of 165 apartments per block — in other words, this is a high-rise, high-density complex. At this scale, parking capacity, the number of elevators and the density of common areas directly affect daily quality of life; it would be useful to ask about these items on a block-by-block basis.
Another striking ratio: 395,000 m² of construction area on a 68,200 m² project area. Construction covering roughly six times the land area points to a vertical development approach.
On the other hand, the fact that only 17 commercial units serve 2,482 residences shows that the complex is planned primarily around housing rather than commercial use.
Apartment layout Each block contains two housing types: 2+1 and 3+1. There appears to be no option in this project for those looking for a studio or 1+1; the variety of types has been kept narrow.
Location Bahçeşehir is one of the parts of Başakşehir district that stands out for its planned residential development. The area, known for its TEM connection and lakeside landscaping, has a dense supply of housing.
The information has been compiled from the developer's official project page. Apartment square meters, number of floors and delivery date are not stated on the page; you can contact the company for this information.
