Esenyurt Hol Park

Esenyurt Hol Park is located in the Gökevler neighborhood of Istanbul's Esenyurt district. The project is being developed by Kent Vizyon İnşaat and includes a total of 200 residences and 3 commercial units. The project's delivery date is the fourth quarter of 2017.

The Hol Park project consists of two blocks and offers apartment types of 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1. The sizes of the apartments are; 89 square meters for 1+1 apartments, 120 square meters for 2+1 apartments, and 308 square meters for 3+1 apartments. The total construction area is approximately 27,000 square meters.

The project design has been shaped considering security requirements. There are closed parking areas within the complex, and security service is provided continuously. Additionally, it is aimed to maximize security with the camera systems in the project.

Esenyurt Hol Park Sales Office is located in Esenyurt / Istanbul. The project is situated in one of the developing areas of the European Side, in a location that facilitates access to surrounding social amenities. Thanks to the advanced transportation network, access to the area is quite easy.
