NLogo İstanbul

The NLogo Istanbul project is being built by Özyurtlar İnşaat in Esenyurt, Istanbul. The project is located on a 32,757 m² land area and consists of a total of 2,679 residences and 87 commercial units. Apartment types include studio, 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 options.

The sizes of the apartments in the project range from 40 to 50 square meters for studio apartments; 65 to 95 square meters for 1+1 apartments; and 85 to 140 square meters for 2+1 apartments. Additionally, the construction process, consisting of three phases, began in May 2014, and the first phase deliveries were completed in June 2016.

The buildings have undergone soil surveys and structural inspections and have been constructed in compliance with earthquake and insulation regulations. Within the project, each block includes technical equipment such as elevators, fire escapes, and hydrofor systems. The heating system is provided by a centralized natural gas system, and dressing rooms offer additional space to users.

The NLogo Istanbul project is located on Doğan Araslı Boulevard in the Yenikent Neighborhood. Thanks to its strategically located position in terms of transportation, easy access to daily needs is ensured. NLogo Istanbul Sales Office, Esenyurt / Istanbul
