About Yeni Fikirtepe
Yeni Fikirtepe is an urban transformation initiative carried out in the Fikirtepe area of Istanbul's Kadıköy district. What sets the project apart from a single residential complex is its scale: according to official promotion, 12,108 independent residential units are planned, and upon completion, it is projected that approximately 60,000 people will live in the area.

The initiative is not carried out at once but is divided into 18 phases.
