Kuzey Adalar Kartal

Kuzey Adalar Kartal is a large residential project developed on the Istanbul-Kartal coastline in partnership with Emlak Konut GYO, EPP and ŞUA İnşaat. It consists of a total of 2,281 residences and 132 commercial units; offering 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 apartments as well as 24 row houses/villas with a loft concept in the inner garden (architect Adnan Kazmaoğlu). The project includes 2 indoor pools, a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, squash and spinning rooms, and an indoor basketball court across 5,200 m² of social area; 45,000 m² of green space and 25,000 m² of inner garden featuring ornamental pools, a tennis court, an outdoor basketball court, walking paths and gazebos.
