Layouts range from 2+1 to 4+1. The 2+1 flats measure 75–88 m² net. The 3+1 and 4+1 homes are duplexes. They sit either on the garden level with a private garden or on the top floor with a large terrace. These duplexes measure 127–148 m² net.
