Yenitepe İzmir

Yenitepe İzmir project is planned by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and is being built on a 65-dönüm plot in Karabağlar. The project is being realized in partnership with Nuhoğlu İnşaat, Alt ve Üst Yapı İnşaat and Aybar İnşaat. The project, which includes a total of 1,533 residential units and 25 commercial units, consists of 20 blocks with 10 to 12 floors.

The residential unit areas in the project range from 65 square meters to 165 square meters. The unit types offered are 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1. The rough construction of all blocks has been completed, and more than 90 percent of the units in the blocks currently on sale have been sold.

The Yenitepe project also features social areas. Amenities include an open swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a fitness center. Additionally, indoor parking and security services are provided.

The Yenitepe İzmir project is located in the İhsan Alyanak Neighborhood and is only a 10-minute drive from Adnan Menderes Airport. While reaching Alsancak takes approximately 15 minutes, it is possible to reach Optimum Shopping Center in just 5 minutes.
