Methodology
- Scope: only project records currently published on satisofisi.com are counted. Drafts and inactive, archived or removed records are left out.
- The figures come from the same set of records as the matching listing page, so both pages show the same project count. Istanbul, Izmir and Antalya are counted at province level, North Cyprus at country level.
- Completion: a project whose completion date has passed, or which is recorded as ready for immediate handover, counts as “Completed / ready”. The rest are grouped by planned completion year, and projects without a date appear under “No completion date”. The rows add up to the number of listed projects.
- Units: the sum for projects whose record includes a unit count. The number of projects behind it is shown next to the figure.
- Monthly series: projects are counted by the month they were added to satisofisi.com. That is not a launch or sales start date. Records taken offline later are not counted in past months either.
- Updates: the figures are recalculated from the records every hour, and the monthly series moves on to the new month at the start of each month.
- This page contains no prices, returns or forecasts.
