Duplex layout A significant portion of the plans are drawn separately as ground floor and 1st floor; in other words, many types are not single-floor apartments but arranged as two-storey (duplex) units. For example, within the same block letters, the 1+0 type has both a 50 m² ground floor and a 92 m² upper floor.

This means a layout where living spaces can be separated by floor — when evaluating the square metreage in apartment listings, it is necessary to ask which floor it belongs to.

Block layout The complex consists of blocks named with letters, and the types are distributed by block: 2+1 in blocks A-B-E, 3+1 in blocks C-D, 1+0 in blocks ranging from F to N, 1+1 in blocks ranging from O to V, and 4+1 types in block Y.

Location Tatlısu is an area located on the northern coast of Northern Cyprus, along the coastal strip between Girne and the Karpaz peninsula. It offers a quieter residential character compared to city centres; on the other hand, using a car is essential for daily needs and transportation.
