Its developer is Döveç Group; delivery took place in April 2019 and the site is currently operational. For this reason, the information on this page is not for new sales but is relevant for buyers looking at the resale and transfer process; whether units are available for sale must be confirmed directly with the company.

Unit types consist of studio apartments and 2+1 and 3+1 villas. Net areas and, where applicable, starting prices are listed in the table on this page; the developer does not publish current prices on its own page for the completed project.

The social amenities list consists of 24 items: private beach, swimming pool, children's pool, aqua park, water sports, spa center, gym, cycling and walking paths, children's playground, restaurant, pool bar, beach bar, hairdresser, barbecue area, landscaped areas, parking, generator, central satellite, air conditioning, video intercom and 24/7 security.

According to distances published by the developer, the beach, supermarket, restaurant, café, shopping area and gym are within the development; the university is 25 km and the airport is 65 km away.

In a completed site, the items a buyer should also review are: the monthly maintenance fee and what it covers, the site's management model, the condition of common areas, and the stage of the title deed/land registry process for the unit to be transferred.

Items the buyer must confirm with the company before purchase: payment plan and down payment ratio, stamp duty during the contract stage and VAT before delivery, infrastructure participation fee, maintenance fee amount, and title deed/land registry status.
