Courtyard Long Beach is a completed residential project in the Long Beach area of İskele, and it is the developer's first implementation of the "Courtyard" concept. Its developer is Döveç Group; delivery took place in May 2021, and the site is operational today. Therefore, the information on this page is not for new sales but is relevant for buyers looking at resale and transfer processes; whether units are available for sale must be confirmed directly with the company.
