Tersane İstanbul is the residential section of the mixed-use project developed by FTG Development in the historic shipyard area on the northern shore of the Golden Horn in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. The project brings the shipyard, known as Tersane-i Amire during the Ottoman period and declared a protected site in 1995, back into use together with hotel, shopping, restaurant and cultural areas. According to the developer, this transformation opens a 1.8-kilometer waterfront to the public.
The architectural design of the residential section belongs to Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık. According to information published by the developer, there are a total of 660 residences in different types and layouts along the shore and the hillside. The residences are offered in five separate sections: Tersane Apartments, Rixos Tersane Istanbul Residences, Aliée Residences, Aliée Lofts and Yalı Apartments & Bosphorus Villas.
Tersane Apartments is the section of 198 residences located on the hillside behind the shore. Options range from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom penthouses and duplex apartments with private gardens; the apartments have large balconies or terraces. Shops and cafés are located on the ground floors of the buildings, and children's playgrounds are arranged in the inner courtyards above pedestrian level.
Rixos Tersane Istanbul Residences, according to the developer, is the first Rixos-branded residential project in Turkey. In the section consisting of three blocks, furnished and serviced apartments are offered in four types: a 1-bedroom suite, 2- and 3-bedroom family apartments, and a limited number of 4-bedroom penthouses on the upper floors. Beneath the blocks there is a multi-storey shopping area; residents are provided with an indoor and rooftop pool, a fitness area, cleaning and in-residence dining services.
Aliée Residences consists of two blocks in the first row along the shore, and its interior design was designed by 1508 London. Residents of this section have a terrace pool and a clubhouse reserved for them. The developer announces that it plans to deliver this section within 2027.
Aliée Lofts is a section of 22 residences created through the restoration of two historic buildings around Aynalıkavak Kasrı; the residential areas range from 81 to 301 m², and ceiling heights are between 3.4 and 4.6 meters.
Yalı Apartments & Bosphorus Villas, on the other hand, consists of waterfront apartments located at the eastern end of the area, at pier level, along with three detached villas.

The nearest metro station is Şişhane station on the M2 line, approximately 1.7 km away, and the nearest ferry pier is Kasımpaşa pier, approximately a 1.2 km walking distance; İBB Deniz Taksi has a stop at Tersane İstanbul.
