About OrmanYaka OrmanYaka is a project developed by Ege Yapı in the Çekmeköy district of Istanbul, featuring residential and commercial units together. The total construction area is 33,700 m². The site is designed with horizontal architecture, meaning low-rise buildings were preferred over high-rise towers.
Apartment features The developer states that the apartments are designed with high ceilings and large windows, and are delivered with a smart home system. There are also garden and terrace apartment options available — garden can be chosen on the ground floor, and terrace on the upper floors.
Site and surroundings The site includes a fitness center, swimming pool, café, and children's play areas, as well as walking paths and commercial shops. The project is surrounded by pine forest — this landscape, which also matches the district's name, is the key feature that sets Çekmeköy apart from other residential areas in Istanbul.
Delivery The developer states the delivery year as 2026.
Location Çekmeköy is one of the districts on Istanbul's Anatolian side extending northward, where the forest landscape is preserved. Schools, health facilities, shopping centers, and main transportation routes are noted to be around the project area.
Information has been compiled from the developer's official project page. The number of apartments, types, and square meter values are not specified on the page; you may contact the company for this information.
