Akol Global is building Salamis Holiday Homes Resort in Yeniboğaziçi, in the Famagusta district: ten blocks, lettered A to J, on a site of 21,000 m². The ruins of ancient Salamis and the Salamis forest are close by, and so are the village primary school, the park and the Pulya festival ground.
There are only two layouts. A studio measures 41 m² gross, plus a 17 m² terrace, and a one-bedroom flat 70 m² gross, plus a 27 m² terrace. Ground-floor units also come with a garden on the developer's plans, 11 m² for a studio and 19 m² for a one-bedroom flat. Shared facilities take up 480 m².
