Low-rise building is unusual on this coast, and Natura Park 2 at Otuken, just outside Iskele (Trikomo), is made up entirely of two-storey blocks. Erbatu Group started work in December 2023 and aims to finish in December 2026.
One-bedroom flats have 55 m² of internal space and a 35 m² terrace. Two-bedroom flats are 103 to 110 m², and the three-bedroom "loft" flats (the developer's name for the type) are 147.5 m². There are also 110 m² semi-detached villas.
On the site there will be a swimming pool and a children's pool, a gym, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a spa, a restaurant, a park with a play area, and tennis and basketball courts. Behind the scenes there is a back-up generator, a water pressure pump, solar water heating, CCTV and 24-hour security. Each flat has uPVC double glazing, fitted wardrobes and a fitted kitchen, and is pre-wired for air conditioning.
The developer says the scheme is close to Iskele town and Long Beach but gives no distances, so time the drive yourself when you visit. Stamp duty, VAT due before handover, the infrastructure contribution and the annual service charge are not published either; get all four in writing before you sign.
