The buildings use raft foundations, C40-class concrete and B420C ribbed rebar; the structural designs were prepared according to the 2018 earthquake regulation. The apartments feature thermostatic underfloor heating, Rehau Euro Design 70 series PVC window frames and G2 aerated concrete walls.
In the 15,000 m² pedestrian-only landscaped area, there are playgrounds for different age groups, basketball courts, a rollerblade-skateboard track, a fitness course, gazebos, a pool, a spa and a café. The All In One concept includes guest rooms, study rooms, a soft play area, indoor movie theaters, activity rooms and game console rooms. The project also includes a commercial area called RAMS Çarşı.
One covered parking space is allocated to 1+1 and 2+1 apartments, and two covered parking spaces to 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 apartments; there is also guest parking.
