The developer's project page lists apartment and duplex types with covered areas ranging from 36 to 61 square metres. According to the unit list in the brochure, most of the programme consists of one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and the list also includes smaller units starting from 32 square metres.

The duplexes that join the lower ground and ground floors have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the duplexes spanning the 6th and 7th floors have one bedroom. On the 5th floor there is a two-bedroom apartment with 61 square metres of covered area.

Most apartments have balconies of between 4 and 15 square metres. Some ground-floor units have the use of a garden of 10 to 15 square metres, and in certain corner units the outdoor space reaches 28 to 54 square metres. The developer states that the interiors are finished in a contemporary design language with high-end materials and that each unit is planned to make efficient use of space. The building is presented as energy class A.

The shared amenities are the building's most distinctive feature. According to the floor plans, the 6th floor holds a swimming pool with port views and a rooftop bar, and the 7th floor has a roof terrace.

These are complemented by a gym, wellness and entertainment areas, a lounge, co-working spaces, and a 24/7 reception with concierge service. The brochure's unit list shows the pool and gym as communal facilities for all owners. The serviced-apartment concept allows the homes to be used together with reception and guest services.

Based on the distances in the developer's brochure, Piraeus port is 170 metres away, Piraeus railway station 400 metres, Piraeus metro station 500 metres and Maniatika metro station 950 metres.

Piraeus Tower is 1 kilometre away, the International School of Piraeus and Piraeus Town Hall 1.4 kilometres, Votsalakia beach 1.5 kilometres, the University of Piraeus 1.8 kilometres and Zea Marina 1.9 kilometres. The cruise terminal is 2.2 kilometres away, Piraeus General Hospital 2.4 kilometres, Mikrolimano 2.7 kilometres and Metropolitan Hospital 3 kilometres.

On a wider scale, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center is 5 kilometres away, Syntagma Square 9.5 kilometres, the Ellinikon Metropolitan Park 10 kilometres and Athens International Airport 44 kilometres. Piraeus is Greece's largest port and the main gateway to the Aegean islands, and the Athens Riviera begins at the city's edge. The developer points to the ongoing transformation driven by projects such as Piraeus Tower, new hotels and the renovation of the central market.

On the developer's page the project is shown as under construction; the exact delivery schedule should be confirmed with the sales office. According to the developer, the project is offered under the Golden Visa programme in the category of commercial or industrial buildings converted to residential use.
