According to the developer's 2025 announcement, the project covers more than 500 modern homes on over 50,000 m² of land, with seven major residential complexes planned to form a new urban core. Implementation is expected to extend over four years, and the developer expects the investment to create more than 700 new jobs. At the time of that announcement, the project was going through all licensing procedures.
The neighbourhood concept is built on sustainability, privacy and quality of life. Planned shared facilities include green spaces, playgrounds, an open-air cinema, a library, a gym and picnic areas. Security is a priority, with private parking and controlled access throughout.
In the developer's sales portfolio, different phases of the development are listed as separate projects under Perigiali. The Nea Polis Phos has 94 apartments in 12 buildings, with one- and two-bedroom units of 39.42–95.45 m².
The Nea Polis Harmony, about 350 metres from Perigiali beach, comprises 40 apartments in five four-storey buildings plus three detached maisonettes with pools; its three-bedroom homes range from 123.82 to 147.32 m². The Nea Polis Symmetry plans 24 three-bedroom homes of 135.35–147.32 m².
The completed The Dolphin and the under-construction The Dolphin 2 complexes are in the same area.
Delivery schedules differ by phase. According to the developer, Harmony's maisonettes are due in January 2027, building B5 in June 2027 and buildings B1–B4 in December 2027; Phos buildings will be delivered in stages between December 2027 and December 2028. Symmetry's indicative delivery is December 2028. Lifts, private parking, landscaping and large terraces are common design features, and apartments are delivered with flooring, lighting, kitchen cabinets and bathroom fittings.
Kavala, the 'Blue City' of Eastern Macedonia, is known for its castle, the Imaret and the Kamares aqueduct, and is a regional transport and tourism hub with ferries to Thassos, nearby UNESCO-listed Philippi, the Egnatia motorway and Megas Alexandros International Airport. The developer has had an office in Kavala since 2015 and says that over three decades it has delivered more than 3,500 holiday homes in the Kavala, Serres and Drama regions.
